It would be easy to fill a few pages about instant coffee in England, the transition to Sydney’s coffee scene via International Roast and searching for new favourites on the Sunshine Coast.
How engineering has served me well but has never been a passion.
My love of a good flat white.
The important part of the story is that I back myself when it comes to getting coffee basics right.
And by taking a chance to try my hand as a barista [1], here we are.
